Inventory Operations Analyst

Transchem / OPW is seeking an Inventory Operations Analyst to support the Operations team in Cambridge, Ontario. As a leading provider of innovative chemistry and equipment to the car wash industry, our mission is to build a legacy by delivering effective and environmentally sustainable products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the inventory system expert, providing reports and recommendations on replenishment, forecasting strategies, and excess and obsolete analysis.
  • Maintain inventory data integrity and implement controls to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide inventory systems management and analysis related to stock turnover, minimum safety, and production quantities.
  • Conduct year-end inventory management, including count sheets, system entry, and variance reports.
  • Administer PSI / MRP systems.
  • Support planning and execution of departmental workflows, accountabilities, and KPI metrics.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of data for costing, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Ensure smooth operational processes that support effective MRP.
Requirements:
  • A business diploma with specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
  • A business degree is an asset.
  • Materials Management is preferred or CPIM (Certificate in Planning & Inventory Management) certification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficient data mining and analysis skills.
