Job Summary:

GMP Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading telecommunications company serving the military, government, transport, and utility sectors. We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the CRM system on a regular basis to ensure accurate customer information.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, leveraging strong IT skills and excellent communication.
  • Conduct market research on trends and competitors' products to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Generate revenue by selling products or services to potential customers through various virtual channels.
  • Identify and qualify leads, producing sales presentations that showcase the company's offerings.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, ambitious, and forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in internal sales.
  • A strong desire to understand the company's products and competition in the industry.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Technical skills to understand and propose products and solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills, both verbally and written.
