Role Overview:
The Customer Advocacy Manager position at Autodesk is a key role in driving customer success and shaping the future of manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fusion Manufacturing customers to drive adoption of new technology and workflows.
- Feedback and Validation: Provide customer feedback to the development team and validate manufacturing capabilities to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaboration and Certification: Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology centers to certify end-to-end workflows and ensure successful implementation.
- Technology Rollout: Roll out new technology to customers, partners, and internally across Autodesk, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum adoption.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role with relevant qualifications and a strong understanding of CAM software.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CAM software, preferably Autodesk Fusion, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric focus, able to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support customer engagement and technology rollout.
