Housekeeping Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our team at the London Hilton on Park Lane. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for managing the office, receiving incoming calls, and allocating room and task lists to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Housekeeping office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Allocate room and task lists to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Ensure keys are issued in line with security procedures and log and store lost property
- Manage guest requests and enquiries, communicating effectively with Housekeepers and other departments
- Carry out administrative and IT duties, including updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaise with Reception and Guest Relations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as an Office Coordinator in a 4/5* property
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and telephone skills, with ability to work alone and in teams
- Accountable and resilient, with a strong attention to detail
