Job Title: Housekeeping Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our team at the London Hilton on Park Lane. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for managing the office, receiving incoming calls, and allocating room and task lists to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Housekeeping office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Allocate room and task lists to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Ensure keys are issued in line with security procedures and log and store lost property
  • Manage guest requests and enquiries, communicating effectively with Housekeepers and other departments
  • Carry out administrative and IT duties, including updating systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaise with Reception and Guest Relations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as an Office Coordinator in a 4/5* property
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and telephone skills, with ability to work alone and in teams
  • Accountable and resilient, with a strong attention to detail
