Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Elvet Recruitment. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the supply of materials and sub-contractor elements to ensure timely completion of customer care tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Care Manager/Team Leader to ensure all defects are followed up and dealt with by the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of customer care activities and ensure that all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
- Arrange completion of end-of-defect works for housing associations and book appointments for suppliers, sub-contractors, and site teams to deal with latent building defects.
Requirements:
- Experience working in new build house building or a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
