Position Overview:

Salary: £46,000 - £50,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with two days in the office.

Qualifications Required:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA/ACA/CIMA or an equivalent qualification (consideration will be given to those qualified by experience).
- Experience within a Not-for-Profit organization is advantageous.
- Proven track record in delivering timely management information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
This position is crucial for maintaining effective financial management across designated organizational sectors (Business Units). You will provide financial partnership to key managerial and senior stakeholders, ensuring that all financial planning, execution, and monitoring processes are robust and efficient.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the daily provision of financial insights for planning and control purposes. This role entails ownership of the comprehensive processes required to transform financial data into meaningful reports for relevant audiences within the organization.

Additionally, you will oversee the financial management of the organization by supervising the processes and protocols for recognizing income and expenditures. This includes managing the complete budgeting and management accounts process associated with the relevant Business Units.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to interpret data and provide necessary analysis, interpretation, and support.
