Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of our offices, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Oversee the management of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring financial management and forecasting are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General certificate
  • Extensive background in facilities management, with a strong understanding of building systems and relevant engineering knowledge.
  • Line management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Prior health and safety and security experience.
  • Project management and planning skills.
  • Full, clean driving license and own car for occasional travel.
