Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the site is compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Manage a team of 20 maintenance staff and source external subcontractors to deliver site-wide upgrade projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create progress reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Building Services or Engineering.
  • Proven experience working on complex engineering sites.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of M&E systems.
  • Ability to manage a team and deliver CAPEX projects.
  • NEBOSH general certificate and security clearance checks required.
