Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to support our clients in managing multiple infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects. The successful candidate will lead and participate in cross-functional teams, assessing client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractors with the government
  • Represent the client in meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team
  • Provide technical advice to enhance infrastructure and construction efficiencies
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in secure construction projects or security project management fields
  • 3+ years of experience with DoD or federal government construction projects
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with construction management, or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with construction management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations
  • Knowledge of DoD facilities construction
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance and Compensation

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.
