About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham Town Centre. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to manage guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving guests, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the reception desk, lobby, and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in guest service, hospitality, and hotel operations.
