Job Summary

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of a Network Management System application for configuring, monitoring, and managing network elements. This role involves overseeing the creation of the NMS application and planning tool while supervising a team of software engineers.

About the Role

  • Lead the development of the NMS application and planning tool, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Supervise a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior technical leadership, focusing on customer-facing online platforms.
  • Proficient in C++, C#, or Java (OOP), with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of build tools and environments, with experience in leading the development of MVPs and launching products to market.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of 5G/LTE/WAN or previous NMS development experience is a plus.
