Your RoleAs a Deputy Room Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our existing Room Leaders in delivering high-quality care and education to our children. You'll lead a team of dedicated educators, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care and support to all children within your assigned group, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Collaborate with the Room Leader to plan and implement engaging activities that align with our curriculum framework and meet the individual needs of each child.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child's achievements and areas for growth.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a harmonious learning environment.
- A recognized Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Diploma in Childcare).
- Minimum of one year of experience working in an early years setting or nursery.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
