Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our team at Muddy Boots Nursery. As a Learning Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our preschool children, inspiring the team to plan and deliver engaging activities, and leading on 'School Readiness' teaching and Early Talk Boost programme.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high standards of quality teaching and learning experiences for preschool children
- Inspire and motivate the team to plan and deliver engaging activities
- Lead on 'School Readiness' teaching and Early Talk Boost programme
- Effectively manage EYPP funding
- Support the development of good practice concerning Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and Inclusion
- Be a fantastic role model for outstanding interactions and learning in preschool
- A relevant Early Years Qualification
- Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential)
- Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)
- A full-time role, which is 38 hours per week spread across 4 full days and a set day off each week (part-time hours will also be considered)
- Pay rate up to £12.60 per hour (21yrs+)
