Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at Muddy Boots Nursery. As a Learning Lead, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, inspiring our team to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences, and leading on key initiatives such as School Readiness and Early Talk Boost.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high standards of quality teaching and care within the preschool, including the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
- Inspire and motivate the preschool team to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences, using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance.
- Lead on key initiatives such as School Readiness and Early Talk Boost, ensuring that our children are well-prepared for their next steps in education.
- Effectively manage EYPP funding and support the development of good practice concerning Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and Inclusion.
- Be a fantastic role model for outstanding interactions and learning in preschool, planning and carrying out small group activities around communication, maths, phonics, and PSED with the oldest children in our preschool room.
- A relevant Early Years Qualification.
- Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred).
- A full-time role, which is 38 hours per week spread across 4 full days and a set day off each week (part-time hours will also be considered).
- Pay rate up to £12.60 per hour (21yrs+).
