As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Forecasting: Develop accurate pricing and forecasting models to ensure that projects are financially viable and profitable.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Material Sourcing: Source and procure construction materials, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet the required specifications.
  • Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel and other relevant software, and a full UK driving license.
