We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing and Forecasting: Develop accurate pricing and forecasting models to ensure that projects are financially viable and profitable.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Material Sourcing: Source and procure construction materials, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet the required specifications.
- Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel and other relevant software, and a full UK driving license.
