**About the Role**
As a Trusts Fundraising Officer at Eden Brown Synergy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from trusts and foundations. This will involve researching and identifying potential donors, crafting compelling grant proposals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maximise income from trusts and foundations through effective research, proposal writing, and relationship-building
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and foundations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trust managers and foundation directors
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a trusts and foundations role
- Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling grant proposals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organisational and time management skills
