Brake Press Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team in Welwyn Garden City as a Brake Press Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience operating brake press machines and CNC laser cutting machines to manufacture metal parts and components to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate brake press machines to manufacture metal parts and components
  • Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
  • Interpret blueprints and ensure quality control throughout the production process
  • Fabricate metal parts and components in a workshop environment
  • Work with various materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication and press brake operation
  • Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills and ability to integrate into a small team
  • Flexible working hours and on-site parking available
Benefits:
