We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to operate brake press machines and CNC laser cutting machines in a busy workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating brake press machines to manufacture metal parts and components
  • Operating CNC laser cutting machines to manufacture metal parts and components
  • Fabricating in a workshop environment, including press brake, guillotine, and general engineering skills
  • Reading and manufacturing from detailed in-house and customer drawings
  • Working with various materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Requirements:

  • Previous sheet metal experience
  • Previous press brake experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills and ability to integrate into a small team
