Job Opportunity: Career and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Career and Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve taking ownership of the day-to-day organization, analysis, and reporting of various studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and assist in key elements of assigned studies, including monitoring progress and status
  • Develop protocols and ensure compliance with SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines
  • Prepare reports, interpret results, and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study success
Requirements:
  • BSc minimum in life science (MSc/PhD preferred) or equivalent industry experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience of DART study design and conduct in adherence to regulatory guidance and GLP standards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
