About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Advisor to join our team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Talking Therapies service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions to achieve their employment goals.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, our team provides a comprehensive range of services to help individuals overcome barriers to employment. As an Employment Advisor, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized return-to-work plans, providing guidance on employment and disability-related benefits, and addressing the secondary effects of mental health on an individual's well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective return-to-work plans for clients
