Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and desk-side support to users throughout the company
  • Resolve IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible
  • Escalate calls internally and with third parties as necessary
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a 2nd line IT Support role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills, both through formal training and on-the-job experience
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Office, and Exchange
