Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Manager Role Summary
MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing analysis of work carried out and creating salient reports to show where work doesn't meet the standard expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-delivery quality inspections and witness testing to ensure products meet the required design and standard.
- Evaluate and escalate concerns, agreeing remedial actions with project delivery teams.
- Support the Site Manager in carrying out quality checks and witness testing for critical on-site activities.
- Ensure Safe to Operate approval is secured through early identification and resolution of operability, safe to operate, and quality risks.
- Monitor and close out corrective actions, ensuring data is submitted on a monthly basis and delivery documentation is completed promptly.
- Collaborate with the Assurance and Quality Manager to maintain the AMS, ensuring it remains current and reflective of @one Alliance activities, values, and stakeholder needs.
- Support the Assurance Leads in Impact Planning, Operational Assurance, and liaison, as well as Safe to Operate.
- Support the Water Quality Compliance Manager as directed.
