A Workday Payroll Implementation Specialist is required to work for a leading global consumer brand on a 3-month contract to support the project management of the implementation of Workday Payroll. The role will be working in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 1 day required in the office.

Reporting to the Workday Payroll Project Lead, you will play a leading role in managing the testing scenarios of Workday Payroll and parallel data runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying defects, parallel and production data loads
  • Managing data catch ups and EIB loads
  • Managing the parallel data setup and owning the data validation
  • Supporting the business-as-usual payroll team with any Workday payroll queries
  • Supporting with the go live on Workday payroll
  • Training users across the business on the Workday payroll system

Required Skills:

To be considered for this role, you will have experience working on a Workday Payroll project where you have managed payroll testing, parallel data tests and EIB loads. Being Workday certified is strongly beneficial. You must be available to commit for a 12-week contract. A clear communicator with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the business is also key.
