Job Title: Advanced Support Worker

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Support Worker to join our team. As an Advanced Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
  • Support individuals to access community facilities and participate in person-centred activities, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of care and support we provide.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in learning disabilities and autism, with a passion for supporting individuals to live independently.
  • Full UK Driving License, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our service users.
