About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at TD SYNNEX UK Limited. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal sales function, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales efforts to meet team and company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Efficiently handle daily order loading and quote activity, including electronic order processing.
  • Sales Support: Provide prompt and professional resolutions to customer queries, escalating any issues to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Internal Sales team, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met, and sales operations run smoothly.
