About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of our UK HSEQ strategy, policy, and arrangements within the site and wider account on HSEQ matters.
- Ensure contractors are adhering to processes and procedures and provide coaching and guidance to facilitate compliance.
- Lead and develop the contractor management office function and staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Review and give guidance on contractor RAMs to ensure they are suitable for any proposed works.
- Develop and maintain a monitoring and supervision program for contractors on site.
- Act as a subject matter expert on site HSEQ matters, including contractor management, incident investigation, culture change, and internal auditing.
- Assist the Account Lead HSEQ Adviser to develop and maintain site-wide HSEQ performance.
- Assist the Account regional HSEQ in developing and implementing improvement initiatives at both account and national estate level.
- Support delivery and monitoring of an internal and client audit program via ISO standards 45001, 9001, and 14001.
Requirements
- Nebosh Construction or above with some clear HSEQ experience.
