We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

• Contractor Management: Ensure that contractors adhere to our HSEQ policies and procedures, and provide coaching and guidance to facilitate compliance.
• Risk Management: Develop and maintain a monitoring and supervision program for contractors on site, and review and give guidance on contractor RAMs to ensure they are suitable for any proposed works.
• Incident Investigation: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on site HSEQ matters, including incident investigation, culture change, and internal auditing.
• Performance Improvement: Assist the Account Lead HSEQ Adviser to develop and maintain site-wide HSEQ performance, and support the delivery and monitoring of an internal and client audit programme via ISO standards 45001, 9001 & 14001.

• Nebosh Construction or above with some clear HSEQ experience.
