We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

• Contractor Management: Develop and implement effective contractor management processes to ensure compliance with our HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractor activities on site.
• Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Culture Change: Foster a culture of safety and well-being within our organization and among our contractors.
• Internal Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with our HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a monitoring and supervision program for contractors on site.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, employees, and clients, to ensure effective communication and engagement on HSEQ matters.

• Qualifications: Nebosh Construction or above with some clear HSEQ experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
