Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Flexi Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotes to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
