Job Title: Senior Motor Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motor Control Systems Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and proving control algorithms to ensure customer performance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop control algorithms for analogue and digital systems, focusing on BLDC motors.
  2. Model complex systems and analyze performance using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded Coder.
  3. Derive sub-system requirements for mechanical, electronics, and software components.
  4. Identify suitable electro-mechanical components and collaborate with suppliers as needed.
  5. Define design proving plans, conduct testing, and analyze data.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in designing and developing control algorithms for digital control systems.
  2. Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded Coder for generating control algorithms.
  3. Ability to model complex electronic and mechanical systems.
  4. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within internal and external design communities.
