About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Manager: Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence.
  • Lead the In-Store Team: Motivate and empower the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Nurture and Develop Talent: Work with the regional sales manager to identify and develop talent within the store, ensuring that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
