About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in motivating the in-store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store team, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager in driving sales and profitability in store
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and experience
  • Lead and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets and deliver operational excellence
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
