We are seeking a highly skilled Biddable Account Director to join our team at Shape Recruitment. Key Responsibilities- Lead on the implementation, analysis, and optimization of biddable campaigns
- Responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships
- Immerse yourself in a client's business and sector, and confidently consult across different areas such as media, ad copy/creative, tracking, and attribution
- Shape a client's overarching biddable strategy, and carry out initiatives to fulfill or enhance client objectives
- Contribute to the agency's business development through pitching for new business and working with Business Directors to evolve the Digital offering
- Play a key role in the development of the wider team, ensuring AMs, SAEs, and AEs receive relevant training, exposure, and support
- Fully conversant in paid digital media channels, including Paid Social
- Several years of experience working across biddable campaigns, implementation, strategic planning, measurement, evaluation, and client account management
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Confident, approachable, and willing to build strong client relationships
- MS Excel to an advanced level
- MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Google Ads and/or Bing Ads
- Paid Social interfaces, including Facebook Business Manager and Twitter for Business
- Website tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Ad management and ad serving tools, such as DoubleClick or FlashTalking
As a Biddable Account Director at Shape Recruitment, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary (up to £65,000 based on experience) and an excellent benefits package, including generous annual leave and a profit share scheme. You will also join a friendly, collaborative, and hardworking atmosphere, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Hybrid - 3 days/week in Central London office
