About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at idibu. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and providing financial expertise to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support external audit control points, develop and manage solutions with the business, and liaison with external and internal audit.
  • Support the progression, implementation, and embedding of our Turnaround initiatives for AMP8; specifically Financial Planning & Analyst teams and Asset Management.
  • Monthly, half-year, and full-year review of AUC related to timely commissioning of projects, including business liaison, reviewing accounting treatment to key deadlines.
  • Be the focal point for providing technical accounting advice to the wider capital delivery community concerning the classification of opex/capex spend, supporting and advising the business and other Finance teams.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Excel and SAP.
  • Experience working in a utilities/water organization is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary from £55,000 - £62,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
