Orka Financial is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business decisions by delivering valuable insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue company sales data tables, including Flash Reports, Holiday/Incentive Targets, League Table Reporting, and Deals Done.
  • Prepare financial data packs for Quarterly Board meetings and AGM, along with supporting analysis.
  • Submit external reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and populate sales consultants' billing tables on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update company budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide regular analysis of commercial and financial data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate commercial and financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Support company stakeholders and team members with other ad-hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
