The Role -

  • Manage a caseload of debt recovery matters, including preparing and submitting legal correspondence and documents.
  • Develop and advise on effective debt collection strategies and settlement plans.
  • Analyse debtor financial information and assets to assess potential recovery options.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, debtors, courts, and third parties.
  • Maintain and organise case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review legal correspondence and documents, including letters, emails, and court filings.
  • Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies, taking into account debtor financial information and assets.
  • Communicate with clients, debtors, courts, and third parties, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files, including debtor information and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in debt recovery or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Salary: Up to £27,000
