Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to help service a significant increase in activity at our well-established growing passive firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and contracts management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience in construction
  2. 2 years of experience as a Contracts Manager
