About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Olleco's Liverpool depot. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is well-presented and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, as well as greet and sign in visitors.
  • Perform weekly fire alarm tests, check defibrillator and first aid kits, and maintain stocks of PPE and H&S supplies.
  • Book meetings and ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared.
  • Enter data and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
