About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing online bookings, handling payments, and ensuring the accuracy of your till. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with their bookings, explaining the rules, and answering any queries they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process online bookings and handle payments
- Assist customers with their bookings and answer queries
- Explain the rules and ensure customer satisfaction
- Issue wristbands and sell merchandise
- Monitor and replenish stock as necessary
- Monitor, clean, and organize your workstation and surrounding areas
- Report any problems with equipment to the Shift Manager
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment is desirable
- An outgoing personality, can-do attitude, and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to think quickly and react calmly in situations
- Competent administrative and numeracy skills, with proficiency in computer systems
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
