We are seeking a friendly and approachable Receptionist to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home in Wavertree. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a vital role in maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, and their families
- Manage the visiting booking system and ensure accurate records are kept
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and respond to queries
- Open the door to all visitors and ensure a warm welcome
- Maintain high standards within the care home environment, including the reception area and surrounding spaces
- Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.49
