Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Booths. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of our store, leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve company standards and goals.
  • Oversee the functionality of a team by determining goals, providing guidance, and leading by example.
  • Review and ensure compliance with safe and legal records.
  • Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work earlies, lates, and one weekend day per week.
  • Potential for training and progression to Duty Manager.
  • 36.75 hour contract.
  • 18+ age requirement.
