Exciting Opportunity: Parts Coordinator (12-Month Contract)
Join a leading manufacturer as a Parts Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in providing outstanding administrative support and customer service to our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities of the Parts Coordinator:
- Efficiently update system information and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
- Prepare and dispatch reports as needed for management review.
- Assist with invoice inquiries and process purchase orders.
- Track employee attendance and manage engineer timesheets.
- Foster and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a sales or equipment rental environment for a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication abilities, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- A collaborative team player.
- Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing company needs and priorities.
