Role Overview
As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing standard operating procedures across all departments, ensuring effective performance management at every level. Collaborating with the senior management team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the business, leveraging all available opportunities to enhance revenue and oversee the hotel operations in the absence of other Heads of Departments (HODs). You will monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to address concerns. Additionally, you will assist HODs in recruiting and nurturing their teams, fostering a culture of engagement and service excellence.
Located within a dynamic hotel environment, you will work alongside a dedicated team that understands the importance of work-life balance.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Hotel Management and possess a minimum of two years of experience in an Assistant Manager role.
