About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decontamination Team Leader to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. As a Decontamination Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team in the Decontamination Department to ensure the team objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team in the Decontamination Department to ensure the team objectives are achieved.
  • Liaise with Apprentice/Trainee Decontamination Technicians, Decontamination Technicians, and Decontamination Manager.
  • Participate in the provision of a specialized decontamination of medical devices service contributing to the clinical care of the patient.
  • Perform a full range of decontamination duties.
  • Manage Decontamination records in own area of work.
  • Provide a high-quality and timely service to all customers.
  • Ensure Departmental Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to by all decontamination staff in accordance with Quality Management Systems.
  • Plan your own workload and work with minimal supervision.
