About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Holroyds. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set and achieve sales targets, and foster a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Manage branch operations, including staff management, sales performance, and customer service.
What We Offer:
Competitive OTE of £40,000 - £60,000 with Uncapped Commission, Clear Career Progression, Industry-Leading Training and Development, Opportunities to Compete for Top Achievers Awards, Company Car or Car Allowance, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
