RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to branch performance and achieving sales targets
  • Manage incoming property enquiries and register potential buyers
  • Conduct property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the property industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record within a previous sales role
  • A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Full UK driving license and own transport

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of GBP22,000 - GBP23,000 per year
  • Uncapped commission structure that allows you to earn significant additional income (GBP27k-40k in first year OTE depending on abilities)
  • Full-time permanent contract
  • Company pension
  • Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis
