Requirements- Registered Adult Nurse with NMC registration.
- ENB 998 or equivalent or work towards.

- Ability to demonstrate a wide range of clinical skills e.g. wound care, palliative care including syringe drivers, catheterisation, medicines management and administration or willingness to develop skills through training.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Demonstrates a high understanding of self and able to identify personal limitations, shows openness to address them.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of NMC guidelines.
- Demonstrates a commitment to life-long learning and development/competency framework.
- Demonstrates a commitment to working in the community setting.
- Previous experience of working in a community setting.
- Ability to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge/understanding of boundaries of role.
