We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our Home Parenteral Nutrition service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate seamless transitions from hospital to home care, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our patients.
  • Conduct thorough home risk assessments to guarantee the suitability of the home environment for clinical procedures.
  • Deliver IV medications, including parenteral nutrition and outpatient antibiotic therapies, to patients in their own homes.
  • Empower patients and their carers to achieve independence in managing their own care, promoting self-sufficiency and confidence.

Job Requirements
  • A Registered General Nurse with current NMC qualifications.
  • Flexibility to travel is essential.
  • Community or TPN experience is an advantage, but not essential as we provide full training.
