We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Inpatient Team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver care to patients with mental health conditions
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Experience working in an inpatient mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
