We are seeking an experienced and confident administrator to join our team as a Team Administrator. This is a full-time role based on the St Bernards Site in Ealing, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary community mental health service across three London boroughs.
- Supervise reception staff and ensure the service runs effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver and maintain administrative procedures to enhance the collection and recording of patient information and service performance data.
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- NVQ 2 or RSA 2 in admin or customer care (or equivalent experience).
- ECDL or CLAiT Level 2 or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable previous administrative experience in a customer care environment.
- Experience of working effectively with a large team across various sites.
- Experience dealing with the public and/or professionals face to face and on the phone/virtually.
